BITHYNIA. Kalchedon. Circa 240-220 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 29 mm, 13.47 g, 12 h). Veiled head of Demeter to right, wearing wreath of grain. Rev. KAΛX Apollo seated right on omphalos, holding arrow in his right hand and bow in his left; to left and right, monograms. SNG BM Black Sea 135. SNG von Aulock 492. Very rare. Harshly cleaned, otherwise, very fine.
